Journey to the Future

This special annual offering is the culmination of Rita’s years of teaching and dedicated studentship, and has sold out the past 5 years running – you don’t wanna miss it!

Transitioning from one year into the next is an opportune time to pause and re-align with our true nature, so we can better orient and navigate toward the future we desire. In this special workshop, yoga, pranayama, and visualization come together to bring to light what your authentic self already knows.

Each layer of our body is its own library — storing ancestry, experiences, dreams and ambitions in an archive. We’ll explore that archive through body, breath, and mind, bringing all of these layers into alignment and granting access to your deep reservoir of internal wisdom (vijñānamaya and anandamaya koshas).

As embodiment and energetic practices can bring a flurry of insight and information to the forefront of our awareness, I'll offer guidance to aid with digesting and integrating what may rise to the surface. Expect to cleanse any leftover residue, incorporate the past, own your present, and see your future from a trusting, more intuitive space.

Students often leave with a renewed perspective, clearer direction, feeling aligned with their inner knowing and more deeply connected with themselves and the Whole.

Workshop will consist of:
Grounding asana practice
Cleansing pranayama
Powerful visualization meditation
Space and guidance for reflection and integration
Audio recording of the meditation

What you'll need:
Notebook
Pen or pencil
Comfy clothes (yes to the fuzzy socks)
An open heart and mind :)
